I can't believe it's already almost July! Our summer here JUST started and it's almost July! Crazy! Just wanted to let everyone know that we registered at Babies R Us! It was a lot of fun!! If you want to see the stuff we picked you can go to babiesrus.com and search by my name. I didn't get all the stuff on there that I needed, I need my mom to help with that! So we'll be going back sometime to finish it up!
Last night we were at Mom and Dad's using their washing machine (ours broke a few weeks ago along with a million other things that went wrong) and they all got to feel Paiton kick! She goes crazy at night while I'm watching TV and it's sooo funny! So they finally got to feel her moving around in there.

Banana Baby!
Hi everyone! A lot has gone on since I posted on here last. First, Matt's 24th birthday was on Sunday and our one year wedding anniversary was on Monday! So I'll put some pictures up down below.
Paiton is doing good! She is growing away in there. This week she is as long as a banana and weighs 10 1/2 ounces!! She is quite the little mover in there. We're not sure if she's going to be a swimmer, or a tennis player, or a soccer player, or a clogger or what! She is very active, but not when people want to feel her - she's kind of ornery!
This weekend we celebrated Matt's bday and our anniversary all weekend long! On Friday we both took the day off and we went to the zoo and to the park to feed the ducks and fly our kite - which didn't work so well because there was no wind! Then Saturday we went to Roaring Springs with my family and then to Mona Lisa - our very favorite fondue restaurant - for dinner. It's where we got engaged! Sunday we went to see Ironman and then had a birthday party for Matt! Enjoy the pictures! (they uploaded in a weird order - sorry!)
My dogs are obsessed with me! This is how we lay most nights watching TV!

Father's Day
I hope everyone had a good Father's Day! I know we did. We kind of had a Father's Day weekend actually!
On Saturday we went to the Farmer's Market with Mom and Dad and Cameron, and of course the dogs! Then we went to watch an autocross and that was really fun. Then we headed to this cool park in Meridian where Matt's work was having a BBQ.
Sunday Paiton and I made Matt breakfast (he wanted bacon and orange juice!) and gave him one of his presents - a black carbon fiber dog tag type necklace with an engraving on the back that said Love, P.L.M. He really loved it! Then we headed to Mom and Dad's where Matt washed his car with his new Mr. Clean Autodry and used all the stuff I had gotten him for another present. Then Matt, me, Dad, Grandpa, and Spencer headed downtown to a car show that they hold every Father's Day. It was really hot out there on the pavement - finally! Heat!! Then we headed back home and had a BBQ at Grandma and Grandpa's. We ate hamburgers and sausages and played croquet! I'll put some pictures up so that you can all feel like you were part of the festivities!!

Bell Pepper
June 12, 2008
Just wanted to share that this week Paiton is the length of a bell pepper, from her head to her little butt :) Too cute.
We are doing good today. She is moving around like crazy, I think she's really happy for us to finally know that she's a girl!
We are excited to celebrate Matt's first Father's Day this weekend with my family. He is so thrilled. He got me such a great Mother's Day present, hopefully I can do the same for him!!

IT'S A GIRL!!!
Well as everyone knows by now - IT'S A GIRL!! I had to make this new blog so that we could use PINK!!
I had an ultrasound yesterday (6/10/08) and they took lots of pictures and measurements and everything looks good. The tech asked if we wanted to know the sex which we of course did!! She told us there were no boy parts! I made her quadruple check and then print out a picture of between the little legs, just to be sure. Sure enough, it's a little girl!
We have had names picked out for some time, and it's now official that our little Paiton Lola Marie Locke is due November 11. We had a little party at mom and dad's house afterward to share the news and celebrate! We bought some little girl stuff and wrapped it all in blue and pink tissue paper. We gave a present to Mom, Dad, Spencer and Cami and had them all open them at the same time. They all saw it was girl stuff and were so excited!! We also had an ice cream pie that said "We Love Paiton" on it and we celebrated!!
Cameron also had her braces taken off yesterday and she looks so cute and grown up without them on!! Check out the pictures from our celebration and the ultrasound!!!
