Time flies when you have two kids!! =)
Here are a ton of pictures from the last few days! Enjoy!

Quinn snoozing away
Paiton and Quinn "holding hands"
Curled up on Ema's lap
We got a new double stroller and I love it! We finally tried it out on a walk with our best friends, who just happen to live in our neighborhood!!
All four kids! -Graidy, Cohen, Paiton, and Quinn
Paiton kept checking on Quinn during our walk!
The only way I could think of to go grocery shopping and have room for food in the cart was to put Quinn in his wrap. Can you spot the baby? When Paiton saw me wearing this she said "Is baby Quinn back in your tummy?" :)
Matt and Brandon went shooting together. Look how cool Matt looks. Does he remind anyone else of Jack Bauer!? ;)
Shooting Brandon's big gun - an AR15
Tummy Time!! For the most part he doesn't seem to mind tummy time too much, unlike a little girl I know...
And of course, Paiton is always right there to keep him company!!
The other day we went to Bounce with the Lurcooks and had a lot of fun!
Daddy brought Paiton this little school chair and she just loves it!
More tummy time. Where does he think he's going!?
Relaxing in the Boppy
Taking a nap on Daddy
It is now officially Bon Fire season!! Woohoo!!! Last weekend we headed over to Brandon's house to have the first bon fire of the year!
All 4 kids:
Ryan LOVES to hold Quinn:
Cadon has literally ignored and refused to acknowledge/look at Quinn until now. Then he decided he wanted to hold him and give him kisses!
Fire time!!
Quinn sleeping through his first fire.
Snuggling with both of my kids!! :)
Ryan eating a jumbo marshmallow
Cadon REALLY wanted to snuggle with Uncle Matt
Then of course P had to get in on the action
Watching Spongebob
Quinn in a cute outfit that says "Introducing ME!"
This weekend we were supposed to have a warm day. We promised Paiton she could swim in her pool. It didn't end up being very warm or very sunny, but she went in the cold water anyway!

She has not tired of Quinn - still! She loves him so much!
Daddy covered in babies!
Paiton and Cadon jumping on the trampoline at Nannie and Papa's
Cadon pushing Paiton on the swing at Nannie and Papa's

So far I have been doing ok being at home alone with the kids all day and some nights while Matt is at tennis. Yesterday was the first day that was really hard. Both kids were highly emotional - Paiton was being an absolute terror - doing everything I told her not to, back talking, just being mean. Quinn was not his usual self, he was very fussy all day and wouldn't sleep at all. Every time I got him to sleep he would immediately wake up screaming. Every single time I sat down to feed Quinn, Paiton decided she had to go potty right.that.second. I was annoyed, exhausted, and totally ganged up on. I didn't want to but I had to go shopping. I hadn't been grocery shopping since mid-April and we had no food, juice, etc. I packed up both kids and headed to Walmart. The trip actually went ok for the most part, Quinn slept on me in his wrap and Paiton "helped" me shop. It took a long time and by check out we were all done with shopping! I apparently chose the wrong check out line. The lady in front of me had four and a half billion coupons. One for every single item in her cart. By the time I realized this I already had everything out of my cart and onto the conveyor belt - there was no turning back. Eventually both kids started crying and screaming. I timed this woman and it took her over 27 minutes just to get everything scanned and paid for. And I didn't even start timing the moment she started, just when I became annoyed! I was about in tears when I left the store and it took every ounce of me not to scream at her for being stupid! Luckily, we survived. Barely.

Why is it that there is always someone ready to slow you down when you need to be fast! :) Grr! I can relate to those hard days--Tate was a colicky baby and had acid reflux-horrid. Caring for him and Coleson through the day and evening before Terry got home was so hard and waring! He would cry from 4pm to 10pm EVERY single night. Enough to wear you out with caring for a toddler, too! hang in there! The older they get the easier it gets-in some ways :) Would P walk along side you at the store? That is what i mostly did with C...or he rode till the cart was too full then got out to walk the rest of the time and Tate would be up front in the carrier... i always hated waking the sleepy baby to either "wear him" or put him back after we were done! Not to mention I was tired of being thrown up on when I did wear him mid grocery trip :( ugh!! LOL

Luckily Quinn is a calm baby! Paiton also was colicky and had acid reflux and had to be on medicine for almost a year for it! If I had another baby like that in addition to a 2 year old I think I would cry every day! I have done that and am so thankful every day that I don't have to do that again!!!! I remember calling my mom just bawling after Paiton had been crying for 5 hours straight. People who haven't experienced it don't know that babies can even do that!!
