The big 0-1 PARTAY!

It's come and gone. Quinn is officially one. ONE!! O-N-E!! 

What!? 

I can't even begin to believe it. 

 (A lot of these pictures from the day are from my phone, sorry! - Annnnd, the ones that aren't from my phone aren't edited. Now that his birthday was two weeks ago, and I'm 6 shoots and a wedding behind in regular editing, these won't be getting edited any time soon and I wanted them up already! Don't judge me! ;) )

We had a fun day on his birthday. 

First Daddy and I went and got him out of bed together! Good morning sweet one year old!

 With the kids still in their jammies we headed to Country Time Donuts for Quinn's first official donut! It was delicious and he, of course, LOVED it!

This is SO fun!

 After breakfast it was time to go home for a nap and so Mommy could get ready for the party! Daddy and Grandpa Chris did some yardwork and Mommy and Paiton cleaned up and set up!

After that we had planned on going to the zoo and out to lunch. BUT it was raining and super windy so that was out! Instead we took the kids to Ling and Louie's for lunch! Matt thought of it because some of Quinn's favorite foods are edamame, chicken, and noodles! It was perfect! We met Grandma Kathy, Grandpa Chris, Kylie and Ethan there!

Then it was party time!!!

Time for presents!

Matt got Quinn a VERY special present that he was so very excited to give him. It's a mini tennis racket! Quinn loves it and loves to play with it! Good job Daddy!!

Beyond excited!!

This is the best day ever!

So he ate almost half of his cake, by himself, and was still mad when we took it away! Luckily he didn't get sick or anything, and even slept great that night! :) 

Definitely needed a bath after!

Everyone loves this bear. He's very comfy to snuggle with! Paiton named him "Rolly" - he tips over and she thinks he's rolly like a rolly polly! 

On Monday, May 7, Quinn had his one year well baby check up! He is super healthy!! :) 

He weighed 20 lb. 11 oz. That is 25% - still pretty little! He was inches long - 20%. 

His growth curve is changing a bit as he grows and slowly moves into bigger percentiles! He's totally the perfect size and is wearing 12 month clothes just like he should be! 

She looked him over, asked a bunch of questions, did the questionairre, etc., like every well baby visit! I talked to her about his physical therapy and the assessments. She agreed that he does need physical therapy now and she thinks that he will make really good progress. No other worries or concerns! He's a smart, happy, healthy boy! Not to mention the stinkin cutest one!

 So shy! ;) 

 He got 3 shots! :( poor boy! He did great and was easily distracted by a ball the nurse gave him afterwards! 

Ready to go home now!! :)
