The ride home was long and rough! Paiton screamed and screeched the first 3 hours! No matter what we did she was NOT happy! She cried off and on the rest of the way home but the first few hours were rough. Going over the mountains it was snowy but not terrible, we just had to go really slow. Right after we got over them they ended up closing the roads, lucky us!
The craziest thing though is this - Paiton did not sleep on the way home! It took us 10 hours to get home!! She nodded off once for about 10 minutes but woke up as soon as we pulled in to get gas. That was IT! I do not know any babies or kids that can stay awake in a car for 10 hours!!

Paiton does this hilarious double chin goofy smile that cracks us up. Matt was having her do it in return for fruit snacks! Haha!
I brought a travel neck pillow along that I thought Paiton could use in her car seat so that he neck wouldn't get sore if she fell asleep. She decided she really liked it. One day she kept begging for "boppy" and we had no idea what she was talking about! When she finally saw the pillow in the car she pointed to it and said "boppy!"
and we figured out that the pillow was what she wanted! She loves it and I think it's so cute she gave it a little name!
